Purpose, "Family",
Every mission a soldier undertakes is not just a task but a journey that forges deep bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood. In the face of danger, comrades become family, providing strength, courage, and unwavering support. Some may have loved ones waiting at home, while others find their connection in those beside them, creating a lifeline in the darkest moments. Together, they inspire each other to rise above challenges, proving that true strength is found in unity. Let us honor these warriors, who remind us that family is not solely defined by blood but also by the love and loyalty forged through shared experiences. Together, they face the world with courage and hope, each mission a testament to the enduring power of togetherness.
After War Nothing's the Same
After War, everything is different. Thoughts, actions, feelings, lack of feelings are different. The soldier loses their identity, sense of purpose, and sometimes they lose everything.
Catastrophic Loss of Family
When a veteran comes home from war, things are completely different and can in some cases ruin a marriage causing a catastrophic loss of family. Some veterans have trouble finding work after being in the military. They lose everything and become homeless. The statistics are staggering how many homeless veterans are in Louisiana alone. Another fact is the amount of those homeless veterans are women.
Hope
We offer hope to the veterans who bravely fought for our freedoms that we take for granted every day. We founded this nonprofit on these basic principles:
